Multicrete Mesh Panel Forms
For Fireproof Walls
Multicrete Mesh Panel Forms are constructed with galvanized mesh and Brattice Cloth. Stiffeners are incorporated for three-dimensional stability. The panels are 4’ by 8’, lightweight and can be cutto- shape with small bolt-cutters. When Shotcrete is applied to these panels, the result is a durable, fireproof wall, which is extremely resilient to close proximity blasting.

Multicrete Mesh Panel Forms
Advantages
1. Fast and easy to erect
2. Fireproof
3. Non-corrosive
4. Very concussion-resistant
Where to use
1. Construction of walls for lunchrooms and utility rooms.
2. Building bulkheads.
3. Protective wall for shaft areas.
Installation Procedure
1. Install grouted dowels on 2-4’ centers around perimeter of proposed wall.
2. Tie ½” Rebar to the dowels and form a grid of approximately 2-3’ squares.
3. Tie the Multicrete Mesh Panel Forms to the rebar grid using tie wire. The rib stiffener of the
panel is then tied to the rebar. The panels must be butted together and wire tied about every
foot. Panels can be easily trimmed to conform to tunnel or drift irregularities using ordinary bolt –
cutters.
4. Apply Shotcrete through the rebar grid.
