The Multicrete Predampener (Integral Shotcrete Unit) consists of an Aliva dry mix shotcrete machine and a Multicrete predampener, mounted together on a common frame. The Multicrete Predampener is designed to control the amounts of bagged material and the amount of moisture transported throughout. This predampening process produces quality materials ready to be placed.
This Predampener unit is ideal for tight locations, or for non-permanent batching operations that are constantly on the move. Lightweight and compact compared to large-scale batching plants.
Preparation and Purpose
Preparation is simple, connecting the Bull Hose air supply to the inlet on the predampener frame, the water line is then connected to the spray nozzle assembly located on the mix auger. Finally, the material delivery hose can be attached to the outlet chamber assembly of the Aliva pot and shotcreting can proceed.
